Mike Romatowski is a multi-certified personal trainer, golf fitness expert, and post-rehab exercise specialist. He is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and has attained Level 2 status in both the fitness and medical professional tracks. TPI is the recognized leader in golf physical evaluation and performance enhancement. Mike works on the principle that there are nine “pillars” of an effective year-round golf conditioning program: Posture, Balance, Mobility, Pure Strength, Stable Strength, Coordination, Endurance, General Power, and Golf-Specific Power.
In addition to TPI, Mike is a Tathata Golf Certified Movement Specialist. Tathata Golf is a method of training the body and mind for golf, utilizing a Martial Arts format. Tathata workouts can be performed indoors or outdoors, and require no equipment other than a mat and a single golf club.
Mike is also certified as a Posture and Alignment Specialist, utilizing the Egoscue method. The Egoscue Method offers a means of dealing with pain and joint dysfunction through both passive positions and gentle exercises. The Egoscue Method is perfect for those who are striving for a life of less pain and more motion. Egoscue can be administered both in-person and via a Skype format.
